Summary:
Serves as an advanced clinical provider (NP or PA) working
collaboratively with a multi-specialty medical group practice.
Provides patient services at a primary care level, developing proper
diagnosis and medical documentation of services rendered.

This individual will be collaborating with physicians for provisions of
medical care for an out-patient clinical practice. Must be able to
manage patients with Acute and chronic illness.

Responsibilities:
•Obtains health histories, review medical records; perform physical
mental and functional examinations.
•Assist in development and re-evaluation of patient care plan.
•Order and interpret diagnostic/laboratory studies.
•Diagnose and treat common illness and acute illness or injuries.
•Make referral to specialist.

Experience:
1-2 yrs of outpatient clinical experience and knowledge.

Education:
Graduate Degree
Required Experience Level: Masters of Nursing FNP or ANP Masters in
medical Science PA

Minimum Qualifications:
Recent Graduate with completion of all clinical rotations and
understanding of primary care.
